Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact Support

    Email warranty@gushin.com with your product serial number and description of the issue.

  • Receive Authorization

    Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your claim is approved.

  • Ship your product

    Send only the affected product (no mounts/accessories) to our facility. The customer pays shipping to us.

  • Fast Resolution

    We'll repair, replace, or upgrade your optic and cover return shipping. Most claims are completed within 10 business days.
